Shipping

Christmas 2015 - The last day we can post UK orders to arrive before Christmas Day is Monday 21st December. The shop will be closed from 24th to 29th December inclusive.

The items you have ordered will be delivered to the shipping address you provide when you go through the checkout process. If you have a separate billing address you can enter this on the next page after your shipping address. I will aim to send out orders as soon as I can.

My shipping options all have a fixed price and are calculated using the weight of all the items in your order plus the packaging and invoice.

Shipping Methods

UK

Items for delivery in the UK will be sent First Class with up to £50 compensation insurance, so you will need to sign for these items when they arrive. I use this postage option because it is the cheapest way to send valuable items and should prevent them from becoming lost in the post. If your items do not arrive in good time then please contact your local post office to check that they do not have your package. In the event of orders going missing in the post, compensation will need to be obtained from the Post Office before the order can be re-made and sent.

Europe

Items and packaging for European Countries will be sent Small Packet Airsure with up to £50 compensation insurance. A signature may be required on delivery. If your items do not arrive in good time then please contact your local post office to check that they do not have your package. In the event of orders going missing in the post, compensation will need to be obtained from the Post Office before the order can be re-made and sent.

Rest of the World (World Zones 1 and 2)

Items and packaging for anywhere other than UK or Europe will be sent Small Packet Airsure with up to £50 compensation insurance. A signature may be required on delivery. If your items do not arrive in good time (they should get to you in approx. 5 days) then please contact your local post office to check that they do not have your package. In the event of orders going missing in the post, compensation will need to be obtained from the Post Office before the order can be re-made and sent.

If you have not yet received your order please contact your local sorting/post office before you come to us, just in case they have attempted delivery and the card has become lost. Unfortunately there is a 15 working day-wait after dispatch before the Royal Mail will declare a parcel as missing. If you need any help, or have any questions please contact me.
